Surah Nooh 71:9 — سُورَةُ نُوحٍ

ثُمَّ إِنِّىٓ أَعْلَنتُ لَهُمْ وَأَسْرَرْتُ لَهُمْ إِسْرَارًۭا ﴿9﴾

And lo! I have made public proclamation unto them, and I have appealed to them in private.
