Surah Ash-Shu'araa 26:152 — سُورَةُ الشُّعَرَاءِ

ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ ﴿152﴾

Who spread corruption in the earth, and reform not.
