Surah Ash-Shu'araa 26:10 — سُورَةُ الشُّعَرَاءِ

وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴿10﴾

And when thy Lord called Moses, saying: Go unto the wrongdoing folk,
