Surah Ar-Room 30:18 — سُورَةُ الرُّومِ

وَلَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّۭا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ ﴿18﴾

Unto Him be praise in the heavens and the earth! - and at the sun's decline and in the noonday.
