Surah Ar-Rahmaan 55:41 — سُورَةُ الرَّحۡمَٰن

يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ ﴿41﴾

The guilty will be known by their marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet.
