Surah Al-Ma'aarij 70:41 — سُورَةُ المَعَارِجِ

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًۭا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ ﴿41﴾

To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun.
