Surah Al-Anfaal 8:22 — سُورَةُ الأَنفَالِ

۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلْبُكْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴿22﴾

Lo! the worst of beasts in Allah's sight are the deaf, the dumb, who have no sense.
