Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:95 — سُورَةُ الأَنبِيَاءِ

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿95﴾

And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return.
