Surah Al-Anbiyaa 21:27 — سُورَةُ الأَنبِيَاءِ

لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿27﴾

They speak not until He hath spoken, and they act by His command.
