Surah Al-A'raaf 7:102 — سُورَةُ الأَعۡرَافِ

وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِأَكْثَرِهِم مِّنْ عَهْدٍۢ ۖ وَإِن وَجَدْنَآ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَٰسِقِينَ ﴿102﴾

We found no (loyalty to any) covenant in most of them. Nay, most of them We found wrong-doers.
