Surah Adh-Dhaariyat 51:23 — سُورَةُ الذَّارِيَاتِ

فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ ﴿23﴾

And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak.
